1. Source of copper foil rinsing wastewater. 

The rinsing wastewater generated during the production of copper foil contains high copper ions, and the direct discharge of copper-containing wastewater not only causes serious harm to the environment, but also wastes resources. In order to reuse wastewater, copper ions must be separated from water.


2. Common treatment methods for copper foil rinsing wastewater.

Commonly used methods for removing Cu2 in wastewater include neutralization, displacement, ion exchange, electrolysis, reverse osmosis, and membrane separation. The electrolysis method has complicated equipment, high energy consumption, small processing capacity, and is rarely used; the replacement method is rarely used due to the problem of incomplete replacement; the neutralization method has good processing effect, low investment, easy operation, and wide application, but the disadvantages are The amount of sludge is large, dehydration is difficult and the labor intensity is large.


3. Precipitation method.

Copper foil rinsing wastewater contains a large amount of inorganic salts (conductivity higher than 720Ls / cm). To deal with a small amount of inorganic salts (conductivity less than 50Ls / cm), the key technology is desalination.

Adding a composite precipitant to the copper foil rinsing wastewater can simultaneously precipitate anions (SO24-, AsO33-, AsO34-) and cations (Cu2, Cr3, Zn2) in the wastewater. After precipitation, the filtrate was neutral, and the electrical conductivity was reduced from the original 720μs / cm to less than 50μs / cm, and all other indexes were in line with the recovered water standard.

 

4. Membrane separation method.

With the popularization of membrane technology in the treatment and reuse of industrial wastewater, the application of membrane separation technology to copper foil rinsing water treatment projects not only allows permeated water to be reused, but also can be directly recycled to copper foil after copper ion concentration In the production process, thus achieving zero discharge of wastewater, it has significant economic and social benefits.

 

5. Pre-desalination and reverse osmosis.

The copper foil rinsing wastewater discharge of copper foil production enterprises is large, and the copper foil rinsing wastewater containing large amounts of copper, zinc, chromium and other heavy metal ions is directly discharged. The process carries out deep purification treatment on copper foil production wastewater, and the treated wastewater can be recycled.
